Tobago App Studio ("we", "us") is a software studio based in Tobago, Trinidad and Tobago. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (tobagoappstudio.com) and the ways we use it. The short version: we only collect what you choose to give us, we use it to reply to you and follow up about our services, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, business name (optional) and message. This is emailed to us and saved in our internal prospect list so we can follow up.
• Chat assistant: the messages you type into the website chat, and any contact details (such as a name, email or WhatsApp number) you choose to share with it. If you ask to be contacted, those details are saved in our prospect list and emailed to us.
• WhatsApp and email: if you message us directly, we keep that conversation so we can serve you.
• Technical basics: the site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard security and traffic logs. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and follow up about our products and services.
• To keep a record of prospective and current clients.
• To operate and protect the website.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Services we rely on

• Cloudflare hosts the site, delivers our email, and provides the Turnstile bot check on the enquiry form.
• Anthropic processes chat assistant messages to generate replies.
• WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages you send us on WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie strictly to tell humans from bots on the enquiry form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and chat records for as long as we need them to handle your request or our business relationship. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.

Client applications

Applications we build and host for client businesses (for example booking systems) handle data on behalf of those businesses and are covered by their own arrangements. This policy covers this website only.
